Our Favorite workouts right now are called “Cardio Lifting.” Here is one I did this week you may want to try! (these are in the "LIFTING" section on the app!)
1) For Time:
24-21-18-15-12-9 Deadlift increasing weight each set
between each set of deadlifts perform
25 Air Squats
15 Push Ups
I would start between 40-50% of your max and increase 5-20 pounds per set!
Set out the weights so you know how you will load the bar. You may get to a point where it is heavy enough and you stay where you are. That is totally fine, tases workouts are YOUR workouts!
