REFUND POLICY
Zeus Method Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days post delivery date to request a return for a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygiene stains, etc.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@zeusmethod.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid downloadable return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for returns made in the US.
*Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any items that make personal contact with your body like HATS / SOCKS / COMPRESSION GEAR are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned / exchanged once warn.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance (FINAL SALE) items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at support@zeusmethod.com and let us know what the issue is with the item you received and the item you would like to exchange it for. If you choose to exchange your item for store credit a code will be emailed to you for you to use upon checkout with the value of your item, minus the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*A DECISION TO REFUSE A RETURN THAT IS NOT COMPLIANT WITH THE ZEUSMETHOD RETURN POLICY IS FINAL AND CANNOT BE REFUTED.
