I know it's halfway through November, however It's not too late to start raising awareness for Movember. For the Rest of the month I want to challenge everyone in the Zeus community and beyond to grow out your beard / mustache or tell people why you're not getting a haircut for the rest of the month.
The Idea here is to raise awareness to men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide by changing our normal clean cut / shaven faces. For the ladies we would love for you to challenge friends and family members. Let everyone know what you’re doing and why. Give them a heartfelt reason to donate to the cause.
On Dec 5th all Zeus members will be able to compete virtually and complete "Movember Cowboys" which will be a test to see who can get the fastest time / Grow the sickest Mustache / or coolest beard. I want this to be something you are proud of and realize how much of an impact you can have on the face of men's health!
The challenge is simple, you can register online for the event and get entered into the leaderboard. We will be sending out weekly workouts to prepare you for the event and who knows you might get an awesome Movember Zeus Shirt to show that you competed in the challenge!
