Nutrition is an interesting topic. There are so many diets, ways to eat, what to know, meal plans, accountability groups, challenges and you can go on.
I personally have stayed out of the Nutrition arena, or at least haven't dove in. I feel it is overcomplicated to scare you into moving towards a specific “way of eating.”
What if I want to lose weight?
What if I want to gain weight?
What it I am not happy with my body yet can't describe what I want?
What if I know what I want and don't know where to start?
What if I am scared of putting the weight back on?
How do I maintain?
Why do things guarantee to work not always work?
What if I fail?
What if I succeed then fail?
Any of this sound like you? It can be daunting and scary to even thing of where to start.
What I want to do is spend 6 week breaking this all down. Creating what YOUR plan should be, and teaching you how to adjust it and find what you really want.
I don't want to tell you how to look, but I want to tell you what to do to reach your goals and take these 6 weeks walking with you.
You will learn how to create your own plan to do forever, and how to adjust it when your goals change. We will give you resources and teach you how to use them.
