How to get stronger on a lifting cycle! Day 1 Below!

Here is your weekly Workout!
 
Just an FYI Zeus Method is Starting New Lifting Cycles, High Intensity Bodybuilding 6 Week Cycle, and Swole Shred 6 Week Cycle Monday!  
 
New Strength Cycle Day 1 (MONDAY): 
Here is the first day for the Lifting Cycle Starting Monday!
 
Goal is to at start at 60-70% and build up to 90-95% of your estimated 2 rep this week.
 
A) 6 x 2 Rep Every 3 Min: Back Sq starting at 70% Building Up 
* Goal is to set up an end weight about start at 60-70% and build up to 90-95% of your estimated 2 rep this week
 
B) 8 Set of 10 Rep Strict Press: New Set Every :90 increasing weight each set 
*start at 50-60% for where you want to end and build up each set. These will get challenging so adjust weight as needed for unbroken sets
