In a little over two weeks the open starts!!! Are you participating?
I plan to send out a video twice a week before and during the CrossFit Open about competing and prepping for the open.
Prep will include what to do the night before, efficiency of movement, details to think about, pacing, and how to mentally prepare for the workouts!
After that I will do a weekly breakdown of each workout and how to attack it at different levels of fitness. Also, I will give efficiency tips on how to maximize recovery and output!
