Dumbbbell Only Workout Program & 6 Minute Workout Blast!

I’ve pulled two standout workouts straight from the Zeus Method app just for you. A day of Swole and a quick, intense 6-minute workout, no matter how busy you are.
Swole Dumbbell Workout:
A) Every 2 Minutes x 6 Sets:
15 Dumbbell Squats (35/20 pounds or challenging weight)
200 M Run
*run hard. Score slowest time
B) 4 Rounds: For Time
12 Dumbbell Bent Row
18 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
12 Dumbbell High Pull
8 Devil Press
-1 Minute rest between sets-
(45/30 lbs) *adjust weight as needed per movement, this get tough!
*Score total time with rest included
C) Accumulate 4 Minutes Farmer Hold (50/35 or a weight you can hold right off the bat around 2 minutes)
D) 6 minute 10 seconds As Many Reps As Possible:
15 Front Leg Raises
12 Russian Twist Holding DB
9 Leg overhead / Arms up holding DB and crunch DB up to Feet
6 Minute Workout:
6 minute As Many Reps As Possible:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press
10 Dumbbell Strict Press/ Push Press *you choose
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
*this should get very challenging so choose a weight that is challenging, yet you can keep moving with! Have different weights at each movement if necessary.
