5 Tips to Improve Results in the Gym

2) Improper Nutrition: Diet plays a significant role in your fitness journey. Make sure you're fueling your body with the right nutrients. Focus on balanced meals with a mix of proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Avoid excessive processed foods and sugar.
