#JUSTABAR Workout

10 Minute AMRAP:
Ladder Up 3-6-9-12…
Power Snatch (Bar below the Knee)
Hang Power Snatch
Overhead Squat

This one got tough quick. You start with 3 reps of each movement then 6 and so on increasing by 3 reps until you reach 10 minutes.

You will set this down 😂… but try to hang on!
