📝 How to Use the New Training Tracks

When the updates launch next month, here’s how it will work:

You’ll start by choosing a training track based on your goals. The new tracks include:

  • Get Ripped – High-intensity bodybuilding, fat loss, and cardio lifting.
  • Get Stronger – Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and muscle-building strength work.
  • Sweat – Running, rowing, and biking for endurance and stamina.
  • Quick Fitness – Short, high-intensity workouts (6-minute AMRAPs, Justabar, and fast circuits).
  • Foundations & Newbies – Beginner-friendly training with coaching guidance.
  • CrossFit Compete & DadFit – Performance-driven tracks for serious training.

Each track will have structured programming, making it easy to know exactly what to do every session.
